Launch Party 2006
What a beautiful evening June 8th turned out to be for our sunset
sail on The Double Dolphin. The band Fin, Greg and Dave were a perfect
fit
as the waves rocked with us to some great old songs! The sun came out
to shine on our event just about the time we headed for The Sailing
Center. Sean at Cody’s Café prepared some great finger
foods that left no one in want, especially when accompanied by some
fine Lucas and
Luellen or Kalyria wine!
We had an eclectic mix of people from the Principals of Hope and Monte Vista Schools, Patrick Plamondon and Barbara La Corte, to Marty Reitzin asst. Pastor at Vineyard Church (My own church!) to friends from before I had my children, Doug McKenzie of AG Edwards to dear friends Ashley Cordero and Lisa Hekhuis to new friends who have lent a hand to help Grace Uncharted get off the ground like Paul White and Fernando Guzman. Also, most of the crew from Grace Uncharted was there. All of the board members as well as some great new volunteers! Congratulations to all of you mentioned here or not we couldn’t have had such a successful event without every single one of you!
